Everything Fries with Kid’s Zippy Sauce

There is everything to love about fries, and these everything fries are everything to me. You literally cannot walk by the cookie sheet without cramming a few in your mouth. I’m just honest with myself and put the sauce in a corner on the baking sheet and go to town. A beautiful town in Idaho. Made of these fries.

  • 3/4 lb waffle cut fries (Or just the whole darn bag if you’ve got room on your baking sheet)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 TBS everything bagel seasoning
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Preheat the oven to 425. Combine all the ingredients except for the parsley in a large plastic bag. Give it a shake! Pour contents on to a lined baking sheet and bake for 23-25 minutes until golden. If you don’t even want to bother with the bag you can just pour the potatoes out on the baking sheet, drizzle with the oil, and sprinkle on the cheese and seasoning and mix it up with your hands right on the sheet!

While the fries are baking, get started on your sauce so you can waste no time digging in when your newest addiction comes out of the oven!

  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 2 TBS ketchup
  • 2 TBS salsa
  • 2 TBS buttermilk
  • 1 heaping TBS sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp onion salt
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt

Process all the ingredients in a small food processor or mix in a medium mixing bowl. Serve it up with everything fries. It’s zippy, trippy, not at all hippie!
